1. Calls on the EU to further support the creation and strengthening ofonsolidation of public administration and the adoption of adequate anti- corruption legislative frameworks in partner countries, notably in post-conflict and transition countries where state institutions are weak; insists on the need to reinforce regional and specialised police and judicial networks in developing countries, and to share the best practices and know-how of Europol, Eurojust and the European Judicial Network;
