Stresses that the integration is best achieved through schooling for young people and education in European citizenship for older people, that the EU should therefore promote a policy reception and integration in all the Member Statof migrants into Member States societies is a process that involves not only a willingness from Member States to promote their cultural values, but also a willingness from the migrant to respect these values, and that it is unacceptable that certain Member States should claim that the migration phenomenon is not their concero make sincere attempts to learn the language of the Member State to which they will be living in;
