Calls on the Commission to pay particular attention, in developing its foreign policy in general and the future plan of action on gender equality and women’s empowerment in development 2015-2020 in particular, to the issue of health and sexual and reproductive rights, including by means of political dialogue and specific actions involving civil society in the countries concerned.
