Calls on Vietnam to ensure that the fees set by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finances for the issue of official documents (passports, visas, birth certificates, etc.) are the same for all persons requesting same and that details of consular fees are displayed visibly and clearly at Vietnam’s embassies;
