Underlines the precariousness of the seasonal labour force in the agricultural sector and the particular vulnerability of women to certain problems, such as physical abuse, unsuitable accommodation, and a lack of social and medical insurance and care. Stresses the need to improve the regulatory framework under which seasonal workers are employed in agriculture in order to improve working conditions for these workers, many of whom are women;
