Calls on the Commission to structure the next multiannual financial framework (MFF) in a manner that clearly reflects the EU’s priorities for the coming years, particularly with respect to the resources needed for the transition to sustainability and to sustain the EU’s leading role in tackling climate change and its internal and external biodiversity commitments and goals;
