Draws attention to the fact that the Africa-EU Migration and Mobility Dialogue should facilitate mobility and free movement of people in Africa and between Africa and the EU on the basis of a well- managed rights-based approach including safe and legal channels for migration; recalls that the EU should develop and strengthen these safe and legal channels for migration, not only for the resettlement of vulnerable refugees but also for economic migration to take place in a sustainable and structured manner;
