13. Considers, moreover, that in the light of the Court's criticism it becomes clear that the EFF and CFP provide no value added, further disrupt the fishing industry in Europe and should therefore be discontinuethoroughly reformed in order to ensure that modernisation aid does not increase fishing capacity, but is aimed at more sustainable and environmental friendly vessels and/or fishing methods, and in order to avoid further waste of taxpayers‘ money;
