Encourages the Ombudsman to continue the good cooperation with the Committee on Petitions as well as with SOLVIT and the national ombudsmen with a view to sending complaints that do not fall within his remit rapidly and efficiently to the appropriate authority so as to best defend the rights of European citizens;
