Is of the opinion that the European Parliament must be in position to address these challenges in the same comprehensive and overarching way, and organize its work accordingly; considers that the Committee on Foreign Affairs must be entrusted the coordinashould closely cooperate with the other Committees in order to insure a coherent position ofin all policy fields relevant to the external action of the EU, with other Committees being requested to express their opinion;
