Notes the importance of universal access to healthcare, but particularly for victims of THB, who may struggle with many physical and psychological problems as a direct result of their exploitation; cCalls on the Commission to support third countries in improving access to specialised and gender-sensitive services forMember States to create easy-to-access healthcare services and after care for victims of THB; Calls on the Members States to suspend and abandon all refoulement processes in which the person has been identified as a victims of THB, especially those who have returned after being exploit and/or sexual violence, and the Commission to prepare regulation based ion a Member Statthis principle;
