Highlights the importance of the EU- China High-Level Economic and Trade Dialogue; calls for the EU and China to meet twice each year to strengthen their bilateral relationship through dialogue, in particular on investments, provision of services, intellectual property rights, standards, public procurement, product safety and access to raw materials;
