Calls on the Member States, the Commission and the relevant stakeholders to convert the necessary supporting schemes into transparent, homogeneous and market-driven mechanisms in order to create a common market for requested support features – such as energy efficiency, prosumers, cogeneration, flexibility, renewables and auxiliary services – in a way that ensures their compatibility;
