Regards it as less than user-friendly that neither the website of the European Judicial Atlas in civil matters nor the e- Justice portal provide an option for downloading, as Word documents, or properly printing out the necessary forms under European procedures for legal aid or other purposes; calls on the Commission to remedy this state of affairs immediately;

Takes the view that, in particular because the internal market is constantly growing, Member States must make efforts to resolve court disputes, including - therefore - in cases involving EU legal aid, by using cost-cutting, modern communications tools; proposes that the Commission provide financial backing and encouragement for this;
