Asks the Commission to present a communication on how to increase efficiency in the deployment of renewable sources of energy within the EU by striving towards a system of EU-wide common incentives for renewable sources of energy, which would allow to deploy the specific type of renewables in those parts of the EU, where they are most cost-efficient, and, thereby, lower electricity prices; believes that in the midterm, regional renewables market groups could be created; believes that a midterm vision should be developed tackling the key issue of a full market integration of renewable energies;
