Is of the opinion that the effect of the TTIP on developing countries will vary depending on their economic structure and current trade relations; sees, however, the potential serious risk of diminished market access and resulting trade diversion for some countries, while simultaneously noting that the removal of non-tariff barriers within the transatlantic area offers significant growth opportunities for export-oriented companies in third countries as well as providing a clearer and more predictable export environment to the US and EU;
