Highlights the need for the Member States to ensure broader access to easily available and affordable high-quality and community-based childcare, disability care and elderly care facilities, through adequate financing, thus minimising the reasons to undertake these duties on an informal or precarious basis and improving the recognition of the value of the work undertaken by professional care-givers;
