Pledges to submit the Model Nuclear Weapons Convention to the national parliaments of the Member States with a view to promoting negotiations, raising public awareness, identifying steps towards gradual nuclear disarmament, a measure leading to the total elimination of nuclear weapons and indicating national measures that could be taken to support and implement that Convention;
