Points out that women's associations in rural areas perform a large part of their work on an honorary basis and that they must be further strengthened, recognised and supported, as they make a major contribution to the training and further training of women in rural areas, and stresses that greater recognition is needed in this area as well as better financial guarantees and social cover for honorary positions;
