Welcomes the 2030 Agenda and its sustainability goals; stresses that, although the EU farming industry is already making a valuable contribution to sustainability, through the Common Agricultural Policy and stringent environmental requirements, it still needs to adapt better to the many challenges facing itore complex and interconnected trends and challenges that the world currently faces;
