Urges the Government of the People's Republic of China to release of information about the Laogai system and; proposes to allow an international monitoring mission to observe these labour camps and; emphasizes that the practice of forced labour is effectively in the process of being eradicatedor compulsory labour must be effectively and globally abolished in line with ILO Convention 29;
