Article 174 – paragraph 8 – subparagraph 1
The President may decide, following the adoption or rejection of a particular amendment, that several other amendments from the same author of similar content, or with similar objectivesaiming to obstruct Parliament's work, shall be put to the vote collectively. The President mayshall seek the agreement of Parliament before doing soa majority of two-thirds of the component Members before doing so, on request of a political group or Members reaching at least the low threshold.
