Welcomes the decisive action by the EU and its Member States as ‘Team Europe’ in mitigating the socio-economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through vaccine donations and financial support; stresses that the Economic Recovery Plan for the Republic of Moldova, worth up to EUR 600 million, is a key element in the recovery of the Republic of Moldova’s recovery, which presents a uniquen opportunity to prestructure the economy and to prepare it for future challengespare its economy for future challenges, in particular the fight against poverty, job creation, young people’s social inclusion and sustainable development;
