Calls on the governments of both countries and the international community to increasecontinue and intensify efforts to resolve the outstanding issues left unresolved after the expiration of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement of 2005 and South Sudan’s independence in July 2011, which are still obstacles to good neighbourly relations, and to abstain entirely from the use of threats and military force and the support of irregular armed forces in the region;
