Notes that the Commission has already started to work in 2011 on the electronic application form and the standardised procedures for simplified applications, faster processing of the applications and better reporting; notes furthermore the preparations to integrate the EGF into the electronic data exchange system (SFC2014); asks the Commission to present the progress made following the use of technical assistance between 2011 and 2013;
