Is concerned about the delay in dismantling the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (INPP) in Lithuania, due to conflicts between the authorities and the contractors; welcomnotes that the Commission and the international donor community have suspended financial support for the project, in line with the recommendations of Parliament's Committee on Budgetary Control, until the conflict has been solved;
