Highlights that the Authority has the highest proportion of seconded national experts (SNEs) posts in its staff structure (60 SNEs, including 27 national liaison officers, out of 144 staff)compared to all EU decentralised agencies; calls for the conversion of 15 SNEs posts into temporary agents posts (TAs) to ensure the need for appropriate staffing for the Authority to be able to continue fulfilling its mission;
