Is concerned about the tendency of the labour market to make men and women submit to ever-increasing demands in order to improve performance, including in the wrong way in the sense that it results in excessive overtime, stress and work fatigue, which runs counter to the Union’s goal of achieving a competition-driven social economy geared to human needs as reflected in social relations;
