In particular, asks the Member States to target, with the Commission’s support, young people that are not in education, training or employment, to give special attention to vocational education and training in tertiary education systems, and to promote quality traineeships so that young people can gain real work experience and quickly enter the job market and to give special attention to vocational education and training in tertiary education systems; stresses that traineeships must be relevant for the studies and form part of the curriculum so that the studies are not delayed;
