(11a) On 10 December 2010 the representatives of the Member States convened in the Intergovernmental Conference decided to locate the headquarters of the Agency to Prague. The Host Agreement between the Czech Republic and Agency entered into force on 9 August 2012. The Host Agreement and other specific arrangements (such as Lease Agreement and Staff Benefit Packages) should be considered as being fully in accordance with this Regulation; therefore there should be no need to amend them.
