Stresses that the budget allocated to transport and tourism should be in accordance with the importance and contribution of these sectors to the economic growth and jobs in the Union; welcomeregrets, in this respect, that budgetary lines related to the transport sector in Heading 1a have not suffered any further decrease as in previous yearsbeen decreased by the Council and requests that they be restored to their original level;

Regrets the decrease of 79,6 % in resources for the European GNSS - Galileo and EGNOS; urges restoring the budgetary lines dedicated to the European space programmes which are set to be further decreased by 5 % to the primary level and continuing to adequately financing of space programmes, whose costs should not be underestimated; calls on the Commission to safeguard the financing for the Galileo and EGNOS infrastructure;
