Calls on the European Council to endorse the policy guidance to shift the tax burden away from labour, making hiring employees more attractive in order to improve the situation of vulnerable groups, young unemployed people, low-skilled workers, people with low incomes and second earners; calls on the European Council to endorse the guidance on increasing revenue through fair, effective and efficient taxation and better tax coordination to combat tax evasion, without increasing the tax burden on the weakest through consumption taxes;
