Believes that the vocational and educational training (VET) aspect of the Erasmus+ programme enables it to expand its remit and enable new categories of persons, including those lacking the means to become expatriates, to benefit from intra-European mobility and consequently calls for the budget for the programme be increased so that it may reach the maximum number of people;
