5. Calls on Member States to refuse access to stadiums to supporters who have displayed violent or discriminatory behaviour and to set up a European database of those who have been banneddraw up, in close consultation with the relevant national sports federations, measures for dealing with supporters who are very aggressive or display any kind of violent or discriminatory behaviour which enable access to stadiums to be refused and recommends that the relevant national authorities regularly exchange information on stadium bans issued by the federations prior to international matches, taking the provisions on data protection into consideration;

Recognises the legitimacy of sports courts for resolving disputes in sport, as long as they respect people’s right to a fair trial; calls for the creation of a European chamber of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), to be based in Brussels or Luxembourg, to settle sports disputes within the EU;
