Underlines strong and repeated requests to the Commission to ensure the protection of the Union budget by making global and systematic use of digital and automated systems for reporting, monitoring and audit; remarks that this should include the establishment of a mandatory digital interoperable database containing information on beneficiaries and their beneficial owners of funds from all Union programmes building on but not limited to existing tools, such as ARACHNE, EDES and national databases;
