Underlines the importance of continuing the process of deepening and completing the EMU in order to preserve the stability of the single currency and enhance the convergence of economic, fiscal and labour market policies among the Member States; supports further steps in the development of the ESM and the common backstop to the Single Resolution Fund (SRF) as confirmed by the European Council; welcomes the Commission proposal to incorporate the substance of the TSCG into the Union legal order and calls on the Council to intensify its discussions on that matter;
