Asks the Member States and the Commission to improve transparency as regards pricing conditions and service performance (delivery options, final delivery, reliability), especially when it comes to e-commerce where necessary; stresses the importance of affordable cross- border delivery prices in closing the gap between domestic and cross-border prices; calls on the Commission to explore why, especially for consumers and SMEs; calls on the National Regulatory Authorities to assess the affordability of prices oin some cross- border routes are higher in one directiin cases of apparent and unreasonable anomalies on than the other;ad-hoc basis
