Considers it unfortunate that in some Member States, which are still far short of meeting the targets under the directive, the mobilisation of the ERDF to develop renewable energy sources remains relatively modest, whilst recognising that the different needs, resources and levels of development across EU Member States and regions must be taken into consideration;
