Condemns the fact that EaP countries still suffer from aggressive foreign occupation, protracted conflicts as well as hybrid challenges which undermine their independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity within their internationally recognized borders; calls for stronger EU stance advocating unacceptability of changing international borders in EaP countries through use of force;
