Emphasises the need to guarantee accessibility ofCalls on the Member States to make the 112 number accessible to people with different types of disability and vulnerable groups and urges for the standardisation of 112 accessibility f. This could involve the provision of special terminal devices to hearing- or visually-impaired users, text relay or sign language services, or othese peopler specific equipment;
