Calls on the Commission and Member States to ensure barrier-free access for PRM and persons with disabilities to all air transport services; emphasises that, in this regard, the right to use mobilityassistive devices as well as to be accompanied by a recognised guide or assistance dog should be guaranteed in all circumstances; calls on the Commission to propose legislation covering the physical accessibility of aircraft and airports, taking into consideration the requirements of design for all/universal design, in order to ensure that infrastructural and design barriers do not prevent persons with disabilities and PRM from enjoying equal travel opportunities;
