Recalls that the global rise in environmental criminality is a growing threat to the achievement of the UN’s 2030 Agenda and is concerned that environmental crimes often go undetected due to the reticence or inefficiency of law enforcement; calls for the recognition of the right to a healthy and sustainable environment at the UN level;
