Insists that age-appropriate CSE programmes are important as they provide age-appropriate information about puberty, the menstrual cycle, pregnancy and childbirth; recalls the role of non-governmental organisations as service providers and advocates for SRHR; underlines that CSE programmes help prevent early pregnancy and marriage, which lead to girls dropping out of school; calls in this connection for the participation of girls and women in education to be ensured, as this is an indispensable tool for the social and economic empowerment of women;

Recalls that asylum seekers and refugees are too often victims of human trafficking and forced prostitution; insists that access to SRHR for these populations is critical for their survivalin times of conflict there is a worrying amount of sexual exploitation of women and children and human trafficking and that targeted protection for women and children is therefore a priority.
