Emphasises the importance of raw materials availability for the development and competitiveness of European industry; calls, therefore, on the Commission to present an ambitious and comprehensive raw materials strategy for Europe with concrete measures for improving access to raw materials on both internal and external markets; highlights that urban mining can be implemented;
