Any transport project such as the Lyon-Turin high-speed railway line should guarantee a high level of transparency, providing access to the relevant documents especially in case projects affect the environment and the health of people, and the assessment procedure of projects should take into account social and cohesion criteria, and in particular the acceptance by local communities;
