Considers that a strong injection of EU fundingpublic and private funds is fundamental in order to stimulate the real economy and, to foster recovery in all Member States and to create jobs for the young; welcomes therefore the 300 billion euro investment programme proposed by European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker; supports the Commission’s recommendation to give priority to public investment in infrastructure, research, innovation and human capital;
