Encourages the Commission to strengthen market oversight of parcel delivery, specifically by improving national regulators’ capacity to assess competition and identify anti-competitive practices; has doubts about the integrated delivery policies of large e-retailers’ websites, not least as regards the cost of delivery, the way in which this is factored into the sale price, and the possibility that some of the practices involved might be tantamount to dumping;
