Highlights the importance of the implementation of the Professional Qualifications Directive and the need to establish the reasons why such problems occurred with its implementation across Member States; recognises that resolving the problems in implementation of this Directive will contribute to the future success of achieving the goal of living and working anywhere in the European Union;
