Notes the possibility of reviewing fishing opportunities and of agreeing exploratory fishing surveys in Senegalese fishing zones; welcomes the conditions set out in the Protocol regarding sustainability and adherence to scientific recommendations and calls on the Commission to keep the Parliament informed in the event that such modifications were to be approved by the Joint Committee; welcomes the inclusion of monitoring of catches through the Electronic Reporting System (ERS); calls on the Commission to ensure that the system is operational as soon as possible;
