Asks Member States to stop the export of ready-made intrusive surveillance systems to the countries in the region if there are sufficient reasons to believe that these systems would be used against journalists, politicians or human rights defenders; calls on the Commission to revise the European export control system in order to prevent these intrusive systems from falling into the wrong hands;
